Organized and professional Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and put a tag in my car. Then I was told to pull into the service/waiting area and someone came over with an ipad took down my info and why I brought the car in for and helped set me up for a loaner. In minutes I was taken to the loaner and off I went. To sum it up, it was fairly quick and service was top notch. Everything moved along smoothly. Picking my car up was the same, fast and courteous. Outstanding My experience at Rallye BMW is always a pleasant one. I was in and out in about 1 hour for my oil change.
