Took too many visits and probably cost more than necessary. As much as I trust that all the work done on my 2013 BMW X3 was done well, the diagnosis of the problem took four or five visits over two months' time As much as I trust that all the work done on my 2013 BMW X3 was done well, the diagnosis of the problem took four or five visits over two months' time. In that time, a lot of work was done on my car. I am not sure had the diagnosis happened sooner that all of that work was necessary. James Delvecchio seems like an up-and-up guy, but I don't really know him. My car seems to be fine now. I am hoping that "Drivetrain malfunction" notification does not appear again! More

Great Customer Service I took my car for an oil change and had a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and profession from the moment that I entered and the waiting f I took my car for an oil change and had a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and profession from the moment that I entered and the waiting facilities were very comfortable. My car was complete in the time that I was quoted - probably my quickest trip to the dealer, ever! And the bonus is that this oil change was $50 less than what I was quoted in Brooklyn (Gianni was great and informed me about coupon on the website) I will be making the trip from Brooklyn to Rallye, for all of my car maintenance needs.
