After sent 40 minutes on the northern state pkwy due to a crash, I was I want to thank Mr. O’Neill for his excellent service and his can do approach. After sent 40 minutes on the northern state pkwy due to a crash, I was late 30 minutes for my 3:30pm appointment. Those receptionists gave a little bit of the run around saying I was too late and all the technicians were gone and I should return the next day morning to fix my flat tire. That’s when Mr. O’Neill came to the rescue. With this note I’d like to compliment Mr. O’Neill for the excellent service and attention he provided.
