Great Service Managers - Poor Delivery My Service Advisors (I had two but I dont remember their names) were both very informative. Great at the upsell and left me feeling well taken care o My Service Advisors (I had two but I dont remember their names) were both very informative. Great at the upsell and left me feeling well taken care of. However when I received my car it had a few issues: 1. I had my front tints removed and the crumpled up tint paper was still in my car on my seat instead of in the trash. 2. The radio was off but when I turned it on it was BLASTING on a station I do not listen to so apparently it was well used during the service of the vehicle. 3. The paper floor mats that are used to keep the carpet clean were in horrible, torn up condition and left in there when the driver exited the car. Great customer service but that was the end of it. More

Highway robbery!! I was charged 103 dollars for a wrong diagnose. I was told it was the MAF SENSOR. Cost 600 dollars Change belts cost 375 dollars Change leaking gas I was charged 103 dollars for a wrong diagnose. I was told it was the MAF SENSOR. Cost 600 dollars Change belts cost 375 dollars Change leaking gasket 1600 dollars! Diagnose 103 dollars. Total 2678.00 dollars. Hat it done for 860 dollars by my mechanic!! More
