A Million times more professional and helpful than Freeport I had many issues with the Freeport service center and was almost ready to end my lease early due to the bad experience and unprofessional service. When I went to Rallye - the experience was completely the opposite. My service manager Dennis was extremely helpful, responsive, and very professional. There was a slight hold up with the parts not being ready on time, but I was notified of this immediately and was able to keep the loaner until my car was ready, without losing a beat. I have already my sister (also a BMW owner) to use the RallyE service center from now on and all other family and friends that I know. More

Good experience but Adam was friendly and professional. He addressed my issues and I thank him for that. I don't have any complaint against him. The car was being delivered without the cap and the M sport emblem. I had to tell them to fix the issues which in my opinion is poor service.
