Bmw was having a bad customer service moment No call to update on my car, no call to let me know my car was towed to location. I was told that they had the incorrect number though I was there jus No call to update on my car, no call to let me know my car was towed to location. I was told that they had the incorrect number though I was there just two weeks earlier for a service. When I received the car it still had a flat. The service attendant gave me back my car still with the flat. Like how did he not notice? Just a bad day for bmw. Was very disappointed. More

Fantastic service I needed to have my car inspected quickly. When the technician noticed the check engine light was on upon drop-off, Adam arranged for me to have a loa I needed to have my car inspected quickly. When the technician noticed the check engine light was on upon drop-off, Adam arranged for me to have a loaner car within minutes so I would not be inconvenienced.
