Replace left axle and tire My Service rep was very nice and I appreciated the loaner car. i came in with a noise issue coming from my axle. My Service rep recommended that Ral My Service rep was very nice and I appreciated the loaner car. i came in with a noise issue coming from my axle. My Service rep recommended that Rallye should do a full assessment for $200. i received a report that recommended new axle for $1995 and brakes for $995. Also valve cover gasket, engine mounts which caused the axle to go. new rims and a bunch of other stuff for $14K. i brought the car to a service center in Smithtown who services my Cayenne for years. they replaced the axle and brakes for $1200 total. $1800 less! they looked at the gasket, no leaks. they looked at the engine mounts, no issue. rims, could use replacing. the replacement tire had white glue all over the outside. i lost my faith in Rallye. i think i wasted $200 on the assessment and my time. As I mentioned the service rep, Carol was very good and i do appreciate her follow up and hep. thanks, Bob More
Great service and good people! I showed up without an appointment at 6:45 AM; I was from out of town and had an all day meeting I couldn't miss. The took me right in, asked if I nee I showed up without an appointment at 6:45 AM; I was from out of town and had an all day meeting I couldn't miss. The took me right in, asked if I needed a ride or loaner, and they provided me a new 430 to take to my meeting. The kept in contact to let me know progress, and when I returned at 5:30 PM my car was washed and ready. You can't be better served. There was one negative - the cost. Acknowledging it is located in a high rent district and having been informed there was a $200 diagnostic fee, the issue was a bad plug and coil (BMW price about $55), which cost an additional $450! Ouch! More
