Service I had a problem with my gas tank door not opening and as soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by service advisor Adam. My inspection My dashboard lit up saying I needed service I went to bring the car and it turns out I need my car to be inspected… I knew that because I got a ticke My dashboard lit up saying I needed service I went to bring the car and it turns out I need my car to be inspected… I knew that because I got a ticket on April 2 when the registration was due on the first I would have appreciated an email because having a prior Mercedes we usually get a phone call email/something from the dealership letting us know it’s do not just a light that says you need service how would I know That means I need my car inspected? I was very disappointed with that fact but I do love all the guys at BMW they are super sweet and very professional but BMW has to come up with a better system they have to keep up with Mercedes as far as communication with customers now I am stuck with a ticket that I should not have… More
Not thorough Usually service at Manhattan BMW. When I picked up my car it was not clean. The back seat had dirt stains and the mats were dirty. It was re cleaned Usually service at Manhattan BMW.
