For someone who has only purchased new cars over the years, I was anxious about the prospects of buying a pre-owned car. As a result, I had many questions. Kevin patiently answered my questions and when he didn’t know the answer, he went out of his way to get the answer. Kevin also exhibited a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable when asking questions that probably are/would be considered silly. In addition, Kevin demonstrated an ability to understand my interests, my circumstances and to treat me with respect. As a woman and a senior, the latter is/was critical in my decision to purchase a car from Rallye Lexus. Finally, I was impressed with Kevin’s demeanor, professionalism and his knowledge of cars and would and have highly recommended him to friends and associates alike.
