Ok service I recently was at rally, what started out a positive experience has me wondering what I was thinking?! The tires were rotated and that went well but I recently was at rally, what started out a positive experience has me wondering what I was thinking?! The tires were rotated and that went well but the windshield wipers ?!! They were changed and no matter how I try to get them to go down flush inside the windshield like all the other cars these stay at almost a 45o Angie . Now I have to drive the additinional 8.7 miles to Glen cove for an unneeded trip . More

Friendly and efficient. Very good and knowledgeable service advisor arranged for a loaner model that I wanted to test. But the sales pitch for unneeded services was a little silly, i.e. do I really need new tires at 26k miles?(The thread looked perfectly fine to me). The mechanic did a fine job but was a bit sloppy. After a tire rotation there was a difference of 5lbs between the tires. Overall, a very good service visit. More
