Unfortunately, my last visit is rated poor. Apparently, your price for a simple oil change has increased significantly without warning. The clerk who checked me in should’ve mentioned it and I wasn’t given the opportunity to hear the recording of the telephone conversation where I am sure I was given a different price quote. I requested a 15K - 20K service as well as a battery replacement and oil change. I was told that due to the low mileage, there was no real need for a 15 - 20K service.
