As usual the service was excellent, as I returned again for my inspection. I got Michael (oh no, there are 2 of them) again and he made me feel as though he remembered me/my car /our interaction from the l for my inspection. I appreciate the fact that he made me aware of an issue that should be addressed and when. I missed the bagels but liked the breakfast bars. Like always, the car wash was the icing on the cake. The waiting room is always clean (also the bathrooms). For the first time in 11 years, I actually tried to get an appointment with a Lexus Service Center close by. But their automatic appointment system did not follow through. Keep up the good work Rally, you're a keeper. More
