We went to Lexus of Glen Cove for the first time to see & take a test ride in the ES350. The showroom looked very nice and clean were were introduced to Carlos who answered all of our questions and advise & take a test ride in the ES350. Carlos asked what delivery we were looking for. He had someone look at our old Lexus for a trade in Before we knew it we put down a deposit and a month later returned to the dealer to pick up our new 2022 ES 350. Carlos had all the paper work ready for us. He introduced us to a very nice man who with no pressure advised us of extras etc Carlos then introduced us to Jose who explained the technical details to us and stayed with us until we absorbed as much as we could. He gave us his card and advised us we could call him or return for additional assistance. About a week later I called Jose about 9:AM to get information and he stayed with me on the phone till the details were clear to me. My Lexis RX350 was recently serviced at Rallye Lexus. I was greeted quickly and given a service loaner of a similar RX to the one I own, only a newer model year.
