We've never done that before - but since Rallye is an accredited Merceds dealer we had a heighted level of trust. When time came to fly up and collect the car - we were nervous - but the tremendous level fo service offered by Steve and the Rallye team made the purchase experience so easy. The car was everything they said it would be - possibly even better. Steve offered a tremendous level of personal service - collecting us from our hotel, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a level of care that went the extra mile. He was very genuine and a very warm person. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Rallye. We own two other Mercedes cars - and the customer service offered by the team at Rallye Motors far exceeded our local (Aplharetta, GA) Mrecedes dealer. We would have no hesitation in purchasing another vehicle from Steve. We trust him. More

The sales person Richard Cohen was great. Richard is extremely nice; not pushy at all; gave me all the time I wanted; and gave me a great price with almost no haggling (I checked other sources). The financing application consisted of only a 3 minute telephone conversation with Eric Weiner the Finance Manager and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want. Eric Weiner was also a pleasure to deal with. Completing the deal was even better because Richard Cohen took care of all the paperwork so it only took another 3 minutes to sign the papers when I picked up the car. Richard then had plenty of time to show me how to use all the new features. Total time was a few hours looking at different brands and different models, then 6 minutes to complete the deal. I really appreciated the ease and speed in which we completed the deal. I highly recommend calling Richard Cohen at 516-801-2931. More

I used to be a BMW customer at Rallye but in the last 7 years I went to a different dealer because Rallye was more expensive and the salesman very snobby. At MB Rallye, I Leased a car for my wife, this years I went to a different dealer because Rallye was more expensive and the salesman very snobby. At MB Rallye, I Leased a car for my wife, this was a renewal lease for another C300 I was not very enthusiastic shopping for a car, because I do not trust car dealer. I have suffered from a new diseases called car dealer trauma since 1995 and since then I have flashbacks. No this time. Mr Tom Walton was an excellent salesman, he was courteous, dynamic, respectful and very helpful. He offered a better deal than another MBD and I decided to switch dealers. Also He helped me on the return process of the old car. Very different Rallye Mercedes Benz from BMW. If I had an option as 100 to rate him I would rate him 200. Very Happy with the whole process This is my 2nd MB lease and may be in the future to switch MY X5 in the future. More

Steve was great to work with. The experience was "no hassle" from the beginning. He was very and open and honest throughout the process and as able to get me all of the options and details that I wanted hassle" from the beginning. He was fair in negotiation and gave me a price that was the lowest in the area. I would highly recommend working with Steve as he never made me feel uncomfortable or uninformed. First off, I was bringing my 2008 Mercedes Benz GL 500 in for service, as recently hurricane sandy was among us in long island causing lots of damage to the streets and houses. So as I was driving, my air ma for service, as recently hurricane sandy was among us in long island causing lots of damage to the streets and houses. So as I was driving, my air matic / suspension light came on the car. As soon as that happened I called up rallye to schedule an appointment to have the car checked out, but since they were out of power for two weeks, who knows when it was going to be serviced, but I was advised not to drive it and have it towed there. As soon as they said that I took the car home and kept it in the garage since I only live 3 minutes away from the dealer. After about a week I called again and ask to get an appointment in as I was needing a car soon to get to work. Finally they were operating minimally with generators and took my car in and gave me a loaner. After a day or two of diagnosing the problem, I get a call from Rob Carlson my service adviser regarding the problem of the car. He said that the front struts/pumps failed and they needed to be replaced, that's why the light came on and the car was riding very low. So I said it should be covered under warranty right? He said no, your warranty expired back in February of this year (2012). I said I never ever had any warranty claims on this car or signifacant work done on this car, just basic maintenance paid out of pocket. So he said it would cost $4300...my jaw dropped I mean I understand if it was $1000 or so plus labor. Then after hearing my reaction, he said that since we were loyal customers and we purchased multiple cars from Rallye. They were willing to work it out with us, as we had no bad track record with large warrantied claims on parts. In then end, the dealer worked out a neutral price that we both agreed on, without any hassle. We will highly recommend them and we had another great experience there. More
