I dealt exclusively with Victor Cosme. He answered every question I had, made the whole process completely pain free on my end, and took care of absolutely everything, including getting my car to me. Victor knows his stuff when it comes to MB vehicles, but more importantly, he knows people, what they like, and what they need to feel completely satisfied. I also just recommended him and Rallye to several of my co-workers as we were discussing my vehicle today. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! More

Superlative Sales Experience I can honestly say that our recent experience purchasing our pre-owned Mercedes Benz S Class was Superlative, not Excellent, Superlative. We decided I can honestly say that our recent experience purchasing our pre-owned Mercedes Benz S Class was Superlative, not Excellent, Superlative. We decided to drive 235 miles from our Md. home to purchase from your dealership. My first acquaintance with my Salesman Victor Cosme was over the phone. His gentle yet persuasive mannerism in describing the vehicle and assurance that the vehicle would meet our needs convinced us to make the long trip. We made this trip, not once, but twice. The first time up was to meet and test drive the car. The second trip was to pick it up. Victor was never pushy. As a matter of fact he spent the better part of the early afternoon working with us to understand the car and the buying experience with RallyE. He personally provided instructions on the best route to the dealership and afterward to the New York Convention Center. Upon review of the car I found many imperfections that i asked to have corrected prior to delivery. He personally monitored the repairs and recontacted me with updates to put me at rest that everything was being accomplished as I had requested. All of the financing was handled swiftly and professionally by Victor and Eric Weiner. Eric was also a true gentleman to deal with during all phases of the transaction. I am an avid Car Guy but I must say that this experience tops them all. One additional point, buying a car can be traumatic especially when you are 235 miles from home. We were treated like relatives that lived two blocks away. After delivery, Victor came through again with an understanding of how you keep the customer happy no matter what happens. Md. has some weird rules on window tinting which required us to remove the tint prior to it being passed during the vehicle Inspection process. Victor made sure that we had RallyE Motors stood behind us every step of the way. We love our car, but most importantly we love the way we were treated by everyone at RallyE Motors. Even the gentleman that met us as we arrived with the Lease return was up to the occasion . He greeted us and proceeded to inform us of how he was personally there to assist us out of the lease vehicle while he helped place our personal belongings in the purchased vehicle, Wow! I work in Healthcare and we are now being evaluated by the public for which the government has criteria that we must meet to remain viable. We need to score 10's on Customer satisfaction surveys. Well, if RallyE was a hospital, my opinion is that you would receive a 20! Thank you Victor, Thank you Eric, and Thank you to the gentleman that met us in the parking lot and made us feel like Royalty, and to all the Managers that greeted us with respect and admiration. Please know that buying a Mercedes Benz is a privilege that not everyone has the opportunity to experience. I have been blessed to have the chance to buy my third Benz and I can wholeheartedly say that buying from you was a Treat! All of my colleagues and friends are learning about the well kept secret in Long Island New York named RallyE Motors Mercedes Benz. I feel like writing to Germany to let them know just how professionally and expertly you Guys sell their product. Keep up the Superlative work and don't stop caring!!!! More

My Loaner Specialist Stephen Paladino had a loaner car waiting for me immediately after dropping my car off. The entire process from scheduling the appointment to vehicle pick up was great. My C300 was washed and vacuumed, spotlessly cleaned, and all my concerns were addressed and corrected. Thank you for a job well done. More

We were then given higher prices for the same car. This was a total waste of our time. Guess they make so much money that don't care how they treat customers. More
