For CPO cars, I think the dealership should take more care to make sure their cars have functional parts (e.g., batteries) clean interiors and service handlers who know the features of the cars they sell care to make sure their cars have functional parts (e.g., batteries) clean interiors and service handlers who know the features of the cars they sell. Also when reserving a loaner it should actually be there when a customer comes in. Rather than having to deal with a snarky office manager. lastly vehicles should be serviced correctly so customers do not have to make multiple trips to the dealer when servicing their vehicle. More
