Normally the service is excellent - this time disappointing! I had my car serviced in the end of September. A few weeks later, it was dead in the driveway- the trunk popped open when the ignition switch was pr I had my car serviced in the end of September. A few weeks later, it was dead in the driveway- the trunk popped open when the ignition switch was pressed. I texted Rob Carlson (my advisor) who said to call roadside assistance. I did call and they came and jumped the car. The technician suggested I bring the car in immediatley to see why this happened. I texted Rob to tell him I would be bringing in the car. Upon arrival, I waited for Rob and he said that they had received an alert about batteries in these cars and problems with factory installation. I asked if I could wait for the car - Rob said it would be at least 1 1/2 hours and suggested I leave it. Of course, there were no loaners available. Lopez was called and did bring me home. Lopez told me he would return for me when the car was ready. Later that day, Rob texted and said my car did not even make it into the shop. The next day he texted saying it was the battery and they were waiting for codes for it and my car would not be ready until the next day late afternoon. Keep in mind I still have no loaner. Finally after 2 1/2 days my car was ready. I asked for Lopez to came back for me and got a text back from Rob saying he would be unavailable. Hmmmm, all this time to fix just a battery in a car I leased from you.....no loaner......no ride to pick it up. I texted Rob back and made him aware I was less then pleased and that I would be taking an UBER to get my car. Rob said he felt bad and only then offered to make other arrangements. Too little ......too late. I have usually been very pleased with Rallye service and Rob but this time was very disappointed. More
