12th wheel replacement this year This was the second trip to the service center in a week for the problem that was not fixed the first time. Thankfully I purchased the wheel and tire This was the second trip to the service center in a week for the problem that was not fixed the first time. Thankfully I purchased the wheel and tire insurance but I feel that the problem is not being addressed properly which is why I have had so many problems. Despite the language in the tire insurance stating “replacement” of damaged wheels and tires, Rallye keeps repairing the bent wheels Instead of replacing them. Any basic high school physics knowledge makes it obvious that every time a bent wheel is bent back it weakens the material thereby making it much more prone to bending again. I drive the same route every day on the Northern Stste Pkwy. I’m not taking the car into any off road or extra bumpy environment. The frequency of wheels bending has reached the level of the absurd and I feel it’s obvious that the wheels need to be replaced and not repaired. To make matters worse when I picked the car up the week before I knew as soon as I drove it home that they never repaired the wheels. They were still vibrating. But when I brought the car back, the foreman insisted on driving the car with me to identify the problem. Well, I already identified the problem. After 12 bent wheels I know what it feels like. We drove together and he insisted that there was no vibration (implying that my hysterical female brain couldn’t possibly comprehend such a manly endeavor as identifying a mechanical problem with a car). Well, sure enough, they put it in the bent wheel detector and 2 of three previously bent wheels were still bent. Imagine that! This is ridiculous already. The car obviously needs new wheels and the reason for this epidemic of Mercedes wheels bending needs to be addressed. They keep telling me this happens to all low profile tires and wheels but it never happened even once in my BMW. I Love the car but I cannot continue to endure these bent wheels. My next car will be a Tesla. More

Disappointed I am very unhappy with the service as the car did not start on many occasions. The blame was always shifted to me. The last the reason I was given wa I am very unhappy with the service as the car did not start on many occasions. The blame was always shifted to me. The last the reason I was given was that my key was left on for 73 minutes. When I asked what does it mean ,I was told I DON’T know.Your staff should know that not all your owners have anIQ of 10, and do not like being talked down to.
