The service center at Ralley Motors, Roslyn NY is very professionally run. It is an extremely clean and very well organized dealership/service center. He listens carefully to the issues I had, and followed through with keeping me updated as to the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I was very impressed with how quickly my car was checked in for service and given the loaner car. Mr. Milian called me later that day stating my car would be ready for pick up day. My concerns were all addressed, and my car was returned to me impeccably serviced and cleaned. I would highly recommend Ralley Motors Service Team. More
Not concerning the service dept. because it does not involve them but when I was told about the service and body work service was included in my lease payment at a cost of around $2,000 extra which I ag involve them but when I was told about the service and body work service was included in my lease payment at a cost of around $2,000 extra which I agreed to because I was told that it included all service and dents,nicks,&small scratches but to find out that was not the case. It covered certain area only.Which I was not pleased to hear.Overall the service was fine but now that I was told differently what is the difference if they buff out a scratch from the door or bumper,or the passenger door (which I have)? It is still under the size of a credit card and at the end of the lease the service dept. Removes any little scratch anyway. If there were to be extensive damage to the vehicle anyone in they're right mind would go through insurance and not pay out of pocket to the dealership. I just felt it is ridiculous they would not buff out the scratches from the door or bumper.The vehicle is about appearance and since an extra charge was added(and paid for) it is very restricted. Now I know when people say READ THE FINE PRINT. Just another salesperson/dealership taking advantage of the customer. I have since requiring the vehicle have brought 2 new customers to Rallye Motors and I guess this is how the show appreciation. I have since warned the other 2 customers I have brought in what happened to me because they as well took the extra service plans. You can get 3 oil changes anywhere for a Mercedes for less than $850. shame on Rallye for this. Will we be repeating customers? 99% chance NO. More
i have been a rallye customer for over 10 years. my parents had been rallye customers for 30 years before that! the service is consistently top notch and i have been particularly pleased with rob parents had been rallye customers for 30 years before that! the service is consistently top notch and i have been particularly pleased with rob carlson, although all the service representatives from the person who takes my car, to the person who signs me up for the loaner, to the person who delivers my car at the end of the service, to the shuttle vehicle driver, have all respresented rallye in the most professional manner. they are always courteous, patient and helpful. i feel that i am getting an honest assessment of the work which needs to be done on my car....not a push to get extra things done. as much as i love the quality of the mercedes drive, it is the ease of service which makes me come back year after year. please congratulate rob carlson and your service department....they deserve it!! thank you. robin wagner More

During this season I have had three visits to the Rallye dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have a very small chip on the windshield repaired. Each time John Ciccotelli provided outstanding customer service. It would have been easy for John, yesterday, to just tell me to make an appointment to have the chip repaired. Instead, he located the individual who does this type of repair, introduced me to him and made sure that the car was taken care of at that time. I understood the repair process and was completely prepared to wait the almost two hours for it to be completed. Having my newspaper with me and the available internet and TV amenities provided by Rallye, it was well worth the wait. While I have owned several BMWs in the past 7 years, this is my first Mercedes. I am impressed with the car, a E550 Cabriolet and I am equally impressed with the level of service provided at Rallye. When books are written about customer service, it is the kind of service provided by people like John Ciccotelli that they are referring to. The windshield chip was not a big problem, but it was a big headache. John's customer service courteously and professionally removed both. More
I purchased my vehicle at Helms. I will never ever buy another car from them. Their sales people are not pleasant and their service is poor to awful. I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. Your facility is closer to my home, it is open on Saturday, your personnel were friendly and helpful, with no attitude, which is what the service department at Helms has plenty of. In addition your service area is far superior to the one that Helms has. More
