Hit a racoon on my travels, the service department right away said stop in and we can take a look at your bumper (because the bumper sensor was at a continuous beeping noise for the last 200 miles) I stopped in, with in minutes, the service department sent a young gentleman out to inspect. After inspecting, they said the sensor was broken off, but the bumper was secure and the trip back to Ohio should be fine. They were correct thank goodness! Just wanted to give the service department a thumbs up, and a high five! If I lived in your area, I would definitely recommend their service! Great group of people!!!! More

After driving a Ford F-150 for 20 years, I decided to get a new one. I was in the market for a 2024 F-250 Super Duty Extended Cab with an 8ft bed. To my surprise, dealers in the surrounding 8 states told me a new one. I was in the market for a 2024 F-250 Super Duty Extended Cab with an 8ft bed. To my surprise, dealers in the surrounding 8 states told me that the only way to get the configuration I wanted was to order one and wait for 5-6 months. I searched the on-line inventories of a large variety of Ford dealers and my preference was no where to be found. Then, one morning, I clicked on the dealer inventory of Ramey Ford of Princeton WV and there sat my truck newly added to their site. I called Erik Jones at 10 am and he expertly ran me through all the other components of the truck. It was exactly what I was looking for. Since Ramey Ford was 2 1/2 hours from my door, I was stuck with the problem of how to pick up my new truck. Erik Jones was instantly supportive and agreed to have my truck delivered to my door! Erik passed me on to John Martin who expertly ran over the financing issues, arranged great terms and for me to sign the documents electronically. By 12:30 that day, my new Ford F-250 Super Duty extended cab with an 8 ft bed was parked in my driveway! I've purchased vehicles in many states in the course of 71 years and can state unequivocally that dealing with Erik Jones and John Martin of Ramey Ford in Princeton, West Virginia was THE best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever encountered. Two days after purchasing the vehicle I have messages contacting the salesman with numerous issues. Got a service scheduled, once there they ignored each issue that I stated to them and chose two of the contacting the salesman with numerous issues. Hadnt had to vehicle two weeks had to pay out of pocket for the service, when I was still well under the warranty. When inquiring as to why, all I get told is Im not sure. Never a refund. A week later after a mechanic at Mr Tire discovered it had zero oil in it; Not a drop on the dipstick I scheduled another appointment. Each day of owning the vehicle the issues steadily got worse, day by day. Messaged the salesman to tell him the people and the service desk continue to not take down my issues and I truly didnt feel safe driving the vehicle. Never heard a thing back. Took it for a final service. Sat there for 2 days. One day after it wouldve been 30 days of owning it they finally call me and tell me there's a few thousands of dollar issues that'll need repaired and my warranty is up. My issues nor complaints ever changed to something new, I have each message still saved in regards to continually contacting the salesman as directed by services. Ive now been without a vehicle for over a week now and still yet to get any answers from the salesman. That vehicle to have been entirely out of oil and to have had bad rotors and major transmission issues was not looked at before sold to me. They didnt even change the correct odometer reading of purchase. It was nearly a 1,000 mile difference. For the saftey of others Id never recommend anyone to go here. More
