Me-myself-and my awesome F-150. I had been shopping for several months and had test drove a few, but had not found something in my price range or I wasn’t completely happy with the t I had been shopping for several months and had test drove a few, but had not found something in my price range or I wasn’t completely happy with the truck. No one pressured me at any time to buy when I was test driving or when I stoped buy to look around on the lot. I finally found a truck on the website several weeks later and called to see if it was still on the lot, RC Firey was the salesman I had been working with and called him unknowing he was on vacation he still was able to take care of me and help me make a deal while on vacation I thought that was pretty cool of him. Grady Alford was also a huge help with making this deal happen he treated us with respect and kindness the entire time and was always honest in his answers and he accommodated to the fullest and he done all the running around we never had leave our seats. Charlie Edwards was on his game that day he was able to acquire for me a super low interest rate,a Ford certified warranty,and a payment that was affordable. He was very patient with me in how long it took for me to agree with everything. And I greatly appreciate that I have no regrets of trading off my old truck. Last but no least Craig Cook was also a great help in showing us how to use some of the technology on this truck as well as removing all of the junk I had in my old vehicle please note he was never any part of the sales process he just helped out and it was extremely cold that evening when we were swapping over stuff I really appreciate his help. In all I had four staff members ( that I know about) involved from start to finish in helping me own one Awoseme F150. Thanks again I love my truck. More

Easy to make a deal I have historically disliked attempting to purchase new cars or trucks from a dealer. I always felt pressured to purchase something on the lot or t I have historically disliked attempting to purchase new cars or trucks from a dealer. I always felt pressured to purchase something on the lot or to buy today. This was not my experience in dealing with L.T. Schoonover. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient and ultimately helped us to order the truck we really wanted. He was very open on costs and rebates and even found an additional $500 rebate that no other dealer had even mentioned. His promises on delivery were exceeded and once the truck was delivered, we were able to close all the paperwork with John in very short order. Although we live in another state, I would definitely begin my new car/truck experience with the great people at Ramey Ford. More
