I had gone through 2 different dealerships - Bay Ridge and Koeppel Mazda and had such challenges securing a CX30. Koeppel Willy Elkammary was AMAZING! I had gone through 2 different dealerships - Bay Ridge and Koeppel Mazda and had such challenges securing a CX30. Koeppel Mazda was probably the worst experience. Bay Ridge just never called back even though I had done all my research, I had done a test drive and I was prepared to close a deal and was a serious client. By the time I had reached out to Ramsey Mazda, I was at my wit's end. Willy was absolutely amazing! In fact, I had experienced so many challenges by the time I had reached out to Ramsey, that I was taken aback by the ease in which I was able to close a deal.
