Took my car in for a safety recall. Took them 2 weeks to do and also said my A\C needed repair.$3500 later fixed only to stop working 2 days later. I had left last week when told it would take 3 hours for an oil change. I got there early last Wednesday and was out in about an hour. My service young man was very professional and friendly. Service tech did a good job picking up from a tech who no longer works at Randall Reed. It seemed they didn't know of my appointment. They got me in and balanced all 4 tires and wheels. I am not sure the pro longer works at Randall Reed. It seemed they didn't know of my appointment. They got me in and balanced all 4 tires and wheels. I am not sure the problem was corrected.
