The people on the front desk are great! Unfortunately, after I had a service done to my ford explorer the water pump broke. It cost me quite a bit of money to have it repaired. Also, I have been waiting for about two years for some recalled parts that need to be replace on my vehicle. I have gone to the dealer several times to ask for them and they never have a concrete answer. Nobody knows. My experience has not been pleasant lately. More

I have been bringing my 2009 f-150 to this Quik Lane since we bought it in March 2009. They have dealt with everything from general maintenance to the ac that quit in June one year, to having to pull t since we bought it in March 2009. They have dealt with everything from general maintenance to the ac that quit in June one year, to having to pull the engine to fix a leak. These folks are totally professional and courteous. They also take the time to explain repairs to me and also takes the time to point out what may be needed in the future along with repair estimates so that I can budget going forward. I definitely recommend this particular Quik Lane. More

Took my car in for a check engine light told them about a air bag light that was on got the car back the air bag light was still on asked the service guy why didn’t they fix it he said I didn’t say anything air bag light that was on got the car back the air bag light was still on asked the service guy why didn’t they fix it he said I didn’t say anything to him about it. I did tell him about it they called me about service work they said I needed I don’t think they even checked because I had the services done not long ago. So if they can call me about stuff I don’t need they at least should have called me about the air bag light even if I hadn’t said anything they saw the light was on. The service center at this dealership has really gone down hill More
