They are dishonest about vehicle capabilities. Prior to the sale they told me the truck had tow max. After the sale, I found out this is not the case. They sold me an f150 with the lowest tow capacity. Instead of trying to make it right, GM Mark Kolon said it's my fault and that I didn't ask the right questions. They are the supposed experts; they should give me factual data, not the other way around. More
