I like the car I bought, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the told me a price for the car and that price include Certified and 1 year Warranty, and then the day I signed I noticed they charged me is because the told me a price for the car and that price include Certified and 1 year Warranty, and then the day I signed I noticed they charged me more than and thousand in Ford benefits. And a lot of money. The car price past from 24,999 to more than 29,000. Almost 5 thousand more in fees and benefits ?? I like the car a lot and for that reason I bought, but I noticed That I would made a better business in another Dealer. More

AWESOME!!! the sales person Byron, the finance guy, Martin Rivera, and most of all, Lyndi are the reasons for my positive experience at your dealership. they the sales person Byron, the finance guy, Martin Rivera, and most of all, Lyndi are the reasons for my positive experience at your dealership. they went above and beyond my expectations. Normally, once you buy something, the customer service is not all that great, but, not at your dealership. a couple of days later i noticed some items that needed attention. then I received a text message from Lyndi asking how my truck was doing and once I told her of the items that needed attention, she quickly responded, and went into action. There were no delays in getting my concerns taken care of to my satisfaction. ALL WAS DONE THE SAME DAY!! Byron was also helpful during this. and, as if that was not enough, my truck was cleaned and fueled. Lyndi' was the candle on the cake that topped off the excellent service from your staff. Byron, Martin, Lyndi, thanks a lot for making my retirement dream come true. You made me feel like family. More
