Customer Service is their TOP PRIORITY I took my SUV in to Planet Ford 59 to have a recall completed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was serviced and that all I took my SUV in to Planet Ford 59 to have a recall completed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was serviced and that all 3 of my boys were comfortable and content while we waited. There is a snack bar/cafe with a lounge area where the boys were able to watch TV and drink hot cocoa while I completed paperwork with Jason. Jason was great! I told him how I had to get the boys to the dentist - he arranged for a loaner vehicle and made me feel like a valued customer. More
$61.00 is to much for an oil change. I won't be back. I've used this service for approximately 6 years. It's much to expensive now I'll find another place that is reasonable. While Ford has not quite figured out the "online" sales model, I did have an overall good experience with this dealership. I would recommend this place to family and friends. My personal vehicle is a 2017 Subaru WRX. I choose to bring it here because they conveniently open at 7am. That helps me out because when i get off work, I'm usually tired and exhausted. The next day after my WRX oil change. I noticed that it was leaking around my drain plug, A technician had lost the seal. I called and told them that it was leaking. They had me bring my car back to inspect it. They said they had to order a new drain plug and would be in next day. Once it got in. They replaced the drain plug and put new oil and my issue was fixed without any hastle. I still continue to bring my wrx there and i'm also bringing my fleet vehicles for my business there to. The service center Quick Lane gives top notch customer care no matter the brand of your car. The parts department is amazing as well. I order an item that was $2.50 for my 2010 e350 cargo van. They got the part for me the same day i ordered it. I am really considering Ford as my next vehicle from this place due to excellent customer service. Kudos to you Planet Ford. Keep up the great work ! More

He was knowledgeable, kind, an over all pleasure to do business with. We did see a scratch on one of the doors and one of the back up sensors were really loose Kevin had Lyndi come by and talk to us. She scheduled us an appointment, got us a rental, they fixed everything and detailed the inside and outside, plus we left with a full tank of gas! For first time buyers, this was an unbelievably easy and great experience. Each person we came in to contact with, were each a pleasure. More
