They rush you through the sales process, tell you what you want to hear and THEN they don't follow through. I bought a used vehicle from them and told the salesman that I wanted TWO sets of keys and the code for the keyless entry. I got ONE set of keys and no code. I was told that since the vehicle was sold "AS IS" that they wouldn't be getting those items for me. BUT, I was told this AFTER I had already signed the papers. THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND MISREPRESENTATION CONSIDERING THAT I PAYED 32,000 FOR THE VEHICLE. More

Took my old truck in for an estimate. Luis in fleet got it looked at pretty quick and was given an estimate on needed repairs which are very competitive with other dealerships i have visited. Planet Ford did everything they possibly could to put me in the F-150 King Ranch that I am now driving. The truck I traded in was purchased in 2014. F-150 FX2. In for radio repair on 9/17/19 Requested simple repair of a Sirius radio module and what I get back is "my subscription expired".. That is the dealers response. As if I hadn't already ran the traps on that before I take the time to bring it this dealer. The radio is not taking the signal and Sirius said take it to be fixed. Never heard anything from Rosie the service advisor as to status update or solutions. Will not use her again, if there is a next time. I have always brought my vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I will think twice next time it needs any kind of repair or maintenance work. More
