Quick lane is a very good service center, relatively quick service but i had to bring it to their attention that all the fluids were not topped off, so one of the techs went out and serviced it right aw quick service but i had to bring it to their attention that all the fluids were not topped off, so one of the techs went out and serviced it right away. I guess you should always check the work done. It would not be hard for a tech to not do the service correctly or completely because the customer cannot be in the area where the work is being done. Experience has shown this to me on different occasions at multiple businesses. I know, TRUST! Doesn't always work! More

PLEASE HELP RANDALL REED. I cannot afford to pay for a rental and the vehicle payment every month. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE NOT HAVING A LOANER VEHICLE AFTER ALL THIS TIME. I HAVE BEEN UNDERSTANDING AND NICE BUT NOW I JUST CAN NOT LET THIS GO ANY FURTHER. I AM LOOKING INTO TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF NEEDED. IF YOU ALL LOOK INTO THIS IT IS ON THE 2018 FUSION AND I AM THOMAS. STEVEN BISHOP WOULD KNOW WHO THIS IS AND HOW TO REACH ME IF HE WANTS TO HELP, BUT HE SAYS THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO. NO LOANER JUST THEM TELLING ME THAT IT WILL TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS FOR REPAIR AND i COULD BE CHARGED FOR A RENTAL IF I NEED A VEHICLE NOW. SMH AND TO THINK I WAS GOING TO TRADE IN MY OTHER FORD FUSION BOUGHT FROM RANDALL REED IN FOR A NEW VEHICLE. More
