He asked the typical car sales questions, and I quickly directly him to what I was looking for. He was extremely responsive and not intrusive. From first contact to drive out was about 10 days. He checked in occasionally, but not pushy. When i was ready to buy, he made it happen in a most professional manner possible. I would definitely deal with him again. Dan Gleason, however tried to push me before I was ready. Chase stepped in and the deal was completed. More

I ordered some running boards and weather tech mats from Kevin McKinnon (after market director). Shawn in (vehicle delivery and technology) was great and set-up everything for me. I noticed some scratches on the vehicle and Shawn setup the appointment for me. I also met with Lyndi Sage-Walker (Shawn's boss) and she had arranged for a loaner car that was ready for me when I dropped mine off. Picked up my car and it had been detailed and topped off with fuel. Wonderful buying experience. More
