So needless to say they have never fixed my truck I took my truck in for an oil change. And the next day I had a warning on my dash of no oil pressure. I called them immediately. And too it in . Turns out it was over fill by about 10 quart s of oil. I watch the tech fill it twice . I didn’t know the guns for the oil the amount are pre programmed. Meaning it had enough oil in it for 2 of my motors. I fought with them to get them to fix the blown out oil pan gasket . They agreed. But when I went in it was told. By the service manager Tim That my service dog could not be with me in-the loaner. Meaning I left with my truck and they have refused to do anything about this . They caused multiple problems with my truck I took. Oil all over the under side . I never had that before. Had to replace to oil sensor. Was coated in oil . Truck oil pan is know leaking out to the pan gasket. And runs rough now. . Do not use them More

I scheduled my first oil change that was free I had Tim as my Service advisor got there and there were a line of trucks on the drive, I go in an check in and Tim, is there checking in customers with appoin as my Service advisor got there and there were a line of trucks on the drive, I go in an check in and Tim, is there checking in customers with appointments mine was for 7.21.25 at 9:45am, He tells me that it would be at least a 1-2 hour wait before the can service my jeep. So he refers me to the service area across the street in which I go and the guy there tells me it would be a 2 hour wait and will probably be after lunch before they can change my oil on my Jeep. I find this to be unsatisfactory due to I had to take off of work and come in since they do not offer Saturday hours or later hours than in the am. More
First they sold me a car with thread bare tires. I wanted to check under the car before I bought it, but they wouldn’t let me. I went to do a rotation when I was changing the oil (less than 5 weeks I wanted to check under the car before I bought it, but they wouldn’t let me. I went to do a rotation when I was changing the oil (less than 5 weeks after I bought the vehicle) and found the unsafe tires. The dealership said it was sold as is and passed their safety inspection. I went and replaced the tires, had my alignment checked before the new tires were put on and the alignment was perfect so it couldn’t have been an alignment issues that caused excessive wear in the few weeks I had owned the car. So do not trust any used cars they’re selling. Fast forward to today, July 22, 2025. I ordered parts for my car through the official Ford website to pick them up at the dealership to avoid spending an insane amount of money on shipping fees. I get there and only one part is at the dealership. So I double check, I did in fact order two parts. Where’s the other one? It was never ordered according to the guy working the parts counter. I asked what he meant since I ordered 2 parts and have the invoice confirming this. “When an order is placed online, one of our employees has to order the parts to be shipped here”. So for some reason instead of handling it using the official website, the dealership inserts themselves as a middle man. What is the dealership going to do to fix this? Nothing. They aren’t going to ship the other part to my house since they messed up. They aren’t going to put the parts in for me since they messed up. They aren’t going to refund the part or discount it because they messed up. This part is only sold from ford, none of the local shops carry it and even places like rock auto don’t have it. Your only option is to go through ford. If you can avoid it, don’t use this dealership for parts or used cars. More
