Planet Ford 59 has the Best Service Advisor I have ever worked with at any Dealership Nation Wide. Service Advisor, Kelli Campbell is far above any of the professionals I have ever worked with and that is worked with at any Dealership Nation Wide. Service Advisor, Kelli Campbell is far above any of the professionals I have ever worked with and that is the main reason I will only have my vehicles serviced at Planet Ford 59. I sure hope Randall Reed and family know what they have and never lose Ms. Campbell! She ensures everything is done correctly the first time and I never have to worry about anything not being completed or having to come back for something else. Im really disappointed. . I purchased a Ford 150 back in Nov 2023.. and broke on me on my 4th month off me buying it.. My transmission broke when to the service department to . But the service Department send me back to my sales person.. for her to help me and the only way she was willing to help was by buying a new truck and the other truck the one I want to get fix is to get it repo .. I was really disappointed. Cuz till right now the truck I purchased is still broken and just there in my driveway and can get use,, im on my 6 month owing this vehicle. More
