Kelli always takes care of me! I schedule time for the maintenance and she is always ready when we get there. Usually has us back on the road very quickly. These three ladies is the only reason that this location gets the maintenance on all of my vehicles! And I drive all of the way from Pearland, that should tell you something! More
I had my 2022 Mustang in for the second time to address a wheel hub issue under warranty. Apparently there was a bad batch of hubs put onto the 2022 cars that were not properly lubricated at manufacture, th wheel hub issue under warranty. Apparently there was a bad batch of hubs put onto the 2022 cars that were not properly lubricated at manufacture, this leads to a chirping noise. At the first attempt to have this repaired, Ford’s fix was to lubricate the hub. That attempted remedy lasted about a week and the noise was back. I returned the vehicle to Planet Ford to have the hub replaced (as it should have been in the first place considering it drove over 5000 miles with improper lubrication), more than a week later I picked up it up with no work being done on the vehicle. I was told they couldn’t hear the noise. The car made the noise as I pulled out of the service center and makes it every time the car turns and changes direction. I do not fault the service advisors as they are just doing what they are told, but this is ridiculous, the car has 6000 miles on it, they know what the problem is and they won’t fix it until it gets worse. I am very disappointed. More
Purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership but haven’t used the service department in a long time. Would not recommend the service department. Your appointment merely places you in line to get a technician to look at your vehicle. 2 weeks later they diagnosed the issue and then I waited another month for parts. Got my vehicle back and there is still a problem. Not a good experience. More

No one would answer until finally a answering machine answered so we had to call sales who transferred and still no answer. We then called the main number and they transferred and still no answer. Eventually after maybe the 7th or 8th call to service someone answered. Just a update would have been nice since our truck had been in the shop from tuesday morning at 9am- monday evening at 5pm. No other complaints! More
