Basically I was told a service could be performed at quick lane , then I was told it couldn’t and I had to drop my truck off for 8 days in order to get a trailer harness looked at. I have had issues with "Death Wobble" in the front of my truck since the end of June 2023. I have had it happen four times and have taken in for service three times since the inital occurance as it reoccur truck since the end of June 2023. I have had it happen four times and have taken in for service three times since the inital occurance as it reoccurs even after servicing. (X3), I have been very patinet but the last time I brougt it in I was told they could not reproduce the effect (it takes specific road condtions to loose control) and that the solution was to just drive it and the next time it occurs just drop it off at the nearest dealership to the site in which the trouble occured. This is the only time in my life I had an unsafe vehicle released from a dealership and basicly told to just take my chances. I was very disappointed. More
