Kelli in the service department is the most helpful person I’ve worked with. I don’t usually write a review but I have to because she has gone above and beyond on 2 separate occasions. Kelli could get me in that day, she’s personable, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your vehicle, which is hard to find in a service advisor. If management at Planet Ford is reading this, she should be the lead on the service side.
