I have been going to quick lane in humble for all my oil changes. customer service is awesome. In the morning they have fresh hot coffee incase you have not had coffee. Took my car in for an oil change, state inspection, and a warrantied repair. After 4 days, I picked up my car to take to another service station to do the oil change and the state inspection. Will have to warrantied repair. After 4 days, I picked up my car to take to another service station to do the oil change and the state inspection. Will have to suffer through the long delay for the warrantied repair but am told they will hold my car for 5-10 days! I get that there is a supply issue with parts but maybe it's time to review your process so people are not inconvenienced so long for a repair. More
