Gabe Williams frontm sales was great to work with, he was attentive, answered all my questions, and was very informative. In short; Gabe was a pleasure to work with. I do have an issue with a few unavoidable add on fees from the dealer. The Resistall that was tacked on at $990. Listed on site as $980. But my bigger issue is this mandatory add-on, only good for 1 year. If I remember correctly, I had the option to purchase add on package(s) for the term of my lease for far less money. I was not offered vehicle home delivery, which I would have accepted as I needed to get a ride to pickup the purchased vehicle. More

Aaron was excellent—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a great first impression. However, our experience with Keely was disappointing. When Aaron first introduced us, Keely was all smiles, thanking us for being loyal Subaru owners and asking about our past vehicles. But once we sat down to finalize the paperwork, his demeanor changed drastically. His attitude made us feel unimportant, despite the fact that we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. He angrily tapped on his computer desk and bluntly/shortly explained documents which left us unsettled and questioning whether we should go through with the purchase. On a positive note, Aaron also introduced us to the service department, where Jacob was just as friendly and professional. While Aaron and Jacob made a great impression, I can’t say the same for Keely. I wouldn’t recommend working with him. More
