Jacob the service manager and the mechanic who adjusted my clutch pedal were excellent. My problem is with the $357 charged for the adjustment. Also, now that I've had the car for a few days , I think an my clutch pedal were excellent. My problem is with the $357 charged for the adjustment. Also, now that I've had the car for a few days , I think another adjustment is in order to make it right. Do I want to pony up another $357 ? No ! I want to support my local dealer and continue to have a good relationship but, this experience concerns me. More

My car started smoking while on my way to Florida with grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us grandkids and son, I had it towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, the service department was closed. It was hot outside, and Josh offered all of us to come inside, have a cold water and snacks. He also loaded us into a van, luggage included, and gave us a ride to the hotel. Thank you Josh for your kindness. On Monday Mark called me from the service department, also a very kind person. I was treated well at Randy Marion and I'm back on the road again! Thank you! More
