He said he could do that deal, but, of course, I was suspicious of being "baited and switched" Nonetheless, I drove down to the dealership. (BTW, the building is beautiful.) They evaluated my trade in and then confirmed they would do the deal discussed over the phone. I had my new care that same week. The Sales Manager and Salesman were both delightful to deal with; true professionals. I'd go out of my way to do more business with each. More
