Took my Audi A6 in with a flat tire and no heat in the cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that I could get away with replacing the flat tire and it's mate instead of all four. (44k miles on tires) I did purchase four new tires and had them aligned but was very pleased that Tony came up with a solution to save me money. That is how you build trust with a customer and working with Tony makes me glad I chose to purchase and service my car though Ray Catena Audi in Freehold. More

Absolutely the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made thanks to Kiki! I saw a vehicle I was interested in and sent Kiki an email, which he responded quickly and we set up a date and time. After a test drive I decide this wasn't the right car for me. I told Kiki I needed some time to look for another model , Kiki said take you time and call when your ready, which I did about a week later. I test drove a new 2021 A5 Sportback which I fell in love with. We sat down and I told Kiki what packages, colors, interior and ordered one exactly what I wanted! His main concern was what I wanted and needed in the car. All I can say is thank you Kiki and Audi Freehold for an exceptionally great buying experience!! And thank you Audi for designing a beatifully designed A5 Premium plus Sportback!! More
