Over the past five years, my rearview mirror detached from its base three times. The first two times, the service department graciously reattached the mirror in a few short minutes with no charge. Today I was charged $93.00.. I can afford the $93.00 charges. That was not the issue. The issue was my disappointment with being charged in the first place when I was not charged for the previous two times for the same mirror reattachment. Ray Catena believes that the customer always comes first. The Service Manager recognized that I have been a long-term customer and, without hesitation, cancelled the $93.00 charge. That’s integrity and great customer appreciation. More
