Dear Krishna, I don’t quite understand your review, of course, if you had an issue we would have presented repair options at that time, we would have no reason not to do so. Now your vehicle is at a different shop so I can’t comment on what repairs you might need. With that said, no matter when the issue was found (with us in April or with the dealer you are working with currently) you would have had to pay for the repair, your car is out of warranty since it is a 2016 with 85000 miles.

I gave my car for service and there is a grease leak all over my wheel guard. No one even took time to notice what's wrong and didn't report that to me. Something inside the car where it's not visible is ok, but when the service will also require to check the brake pads, how come no one noticed so much greese leak all over the wheel guard? Why no one reported that to me? Had this been identified early, i may have shelled out less than what it costs now.

Mr. Norton, The last thing we ever want to do is tell a client we can’t get them into service right away, the service department is a very important part of our overall business, especially when we are selling 80% less cars. Please understand we are very limited with our loaner car fleet due to the severe shortage of new car inventory, Rob our service manager did place you on our internal list to be contacted if we had a cancellation. I replied so quickly because I really do care about our clients. I can't answer to the workload other shops currently are dealing with, shortage of staff due to illness etc., or the lack of a loaner fleet but I can assure you if we were able to get you in with your convertible top issue we would have.
