Of course I came to the dealership well prepared with a good idea of where I wanted to be in terms of the price or the car and the lease fee per month, but the salesman, Dan Alves, and sales manager, Denis Carey, couldn't be more accommodating. They let me know from the start that they wanted my business and were going to do everything within reason to get it. They gave me an exceptional deal and I left the dealership excited about the whole process. Upgrading my previously leased Q3 with a beautiful new Q5 was an added bonus.
