Good bye BMW I have had 4 BMWs in a row but always curious about Audis.. So after an unfortunate accident that totaled my car I sent an email to the general manager of Audi Freehold (after recognizing their large inventory online) and received an immediate response introducing me to Steve Raducha (Sales Manager) who likewise contacted me immediately. I was assured by these professional gentlemen that I would be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and that was an understatement! Marc Levine was selected as my Audi Brand Specialist and from the moment I walked in and greeted at the door by Steve and Marc I knew I was in the right place, Top notch professionals, kind, caring, and trustworthy. The General Manager was involved and makes sure everyone is happy. He was working with customers as well.
