I have had a lot of questions regarding my new Blazer. Rays service team has been great at answering my questions. The owners manual is not as helpful as I'd like. Service is good, but the wait time for the service is extremely long. Two and a half hours for an oil change and two days later two hours for a new battery.And I had made appointments for both times! The first appointment I was given a report that all 4 tires needed to be replaced, and 2 days later I was given a report that all 4 tires were good. That doesn't make any sense. Which is it? I didn't need a complete report on everything again the second time just 2, days later. Replacing a battery should have taken about 15 minutes, not 2 hours!. More

Car is back in service for the second time in a week due to engine light on. This car is 2 months old so a little frustrating that it's back in for service. Hopefully it will be good to go for awhile afte to engine light on. This car is 2 months old so a little frustrating that it's back in for service.
