Found a vehicle at Ray Chevrolet drive 2hours and Ed was our salesman. Ed was great very welcoming and went the extra mile. Hugo Ayala did a wonderful job for me buying my 2021 Silverado work truck.. he was very prompt and explained each step he was taking to ensure a quick and easy sale..he was very generous in running to t Silverado work truck.. he was very prompt and explained each step he was taking to ensure a quick and easy sale..he was very generous in running to the gas station next door to buy me a soft drink as I waited for the paper work. He never tried to up sell anything and simply did as I asked regarding the on star . I would definitely call him in the future..I would also like to add that when I pulled up to the dealership a service tech was outside and approached me and asked if he could help and I told him I was here to see Hugo so he took me inside to his desk and had him paged.. unfortunately I did not get his name but would give him 5 stars as well!!
