We live 30 miles north of Madison, Wi. and there isn’t a dealer in the area that will meet Ray Chevrolet’s price. John gave us a great price on our new vehicle as well as a great price on our trade. We scheduled an appointment with John on a normal March Saturday, and glad we did. We have never experienced a showroom and waiting room that was totally packed!! Now that tells me Ray Chevrolet is doing lots of things right for their customers!! I believe John had (2) deals going while we were there, but he never wasted our time, The owner of the dealership took the time to introduce himself and assure us we had come to the right place. John will be the first guy we call, when we are ready to deal again, and I know he will not disappoint. More

First car As the title says this is the 1st time I have ever bought a new car for myself. When my fiancé and I got to the the dealership we didn't know what to As the title says this is the 1st time I have ever bought a new car for myself. When my fiancé and I got to the the dealership we didn't know what to expect, but we had been referred so we put faith in the referral. We went in with the mindset that it was gonna be a hard, stressful, and/or unsuccessful car buying experience. When we went in we were assisted by Hugo Ayala. He was very friendly and funny which helped ease our troubled minds. We test drove the 2018 Chevy Trax LS. The mini SUV was a lot better than we thought. We expected something tiny from the outwards appearance of the car, however, it was actually pretty roomy. My fiancee's almost 6' tall and normally has a hard time with leg room and head space inside of a car. This wasn't the case with the 2018 Chevy Trax LS. He had a lot of head space and a lot of leg room. The driver side chair could even have gone back farther, if necessary for a taller person. I was actually surprised by all the passenger space in the second row. Great for passenger ride along. The trunk space was a good size, a little bigger than a old fashion tube tv, or a value pack or toilet paper from Sam's. (If you didn't know what a tube tv was) The second row folds down so that there is more space if you need to move some things Our sales person Hugo was very knowledgeable about the car. He told us all about the free maintanence services our car would get once a month when we brought the car in. (I.E windshield wiper fluid check, trans fluid check, oil check, power steering, tire pressure check, car wash (depending on weather temp) etc.) If I ever need to go buy a car that's the only person (Hugo Ayala) I'm going too. He was able to work with our budget and even went to good lengths to get the car down to a price that we could agree on without pressuring for a sale. Thanks again! More
