I went over the car with a fine tooth comb before I signed off on it and found a tiny chip on the hood of the car. Because there were no other cars available JUST LIKE THE ONE I had been searching for, Ryan wrote an order to fix this at a time of my choosing. He asked the Manager for approval and in 10 minutes I was on my way home with my 2017 Traverse LTZ. Ryan is one of there newer sales guys and was the real reason why I had such a good car buying experience. So if you are looking for a new or used car, ASK for Ryan Golden.
