The purchase of our new car went smoothly and they took the time to explain everything to us. They even took extra time to help go thru everything in the car with me and get On-star activated and sync my phone with my car and make sure that I fully understood how to use all of the features of the car. It really made an impression that a dealership would take the time with their customers. Arnold has called me since to check in and see if I have any questions or concerns about the car, and make sure that I am enjoying it, which I am!! I love it!
