Very impressed and satisfied Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet. I went to Ray in order to purchase my first truck on my own. I was nervous because I'm only 23, but John told me right off the bat that he'd treat me like his own son and that's exactly what he did. He was very transparent, open, and honest with me through the entire process. I traded in my previous vehicle, and financed a lightly used Ford F-150. In fact, a gentleman arrived shortly after me to make a cash deal on the same F-150. John went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to purchase the truck. I'd also like to compliment the sales management team at Ray. Never once did they come over to "gang up" on me. They really let John do his job, I never once felt pressured by John or the sales team. He suggested a few cars he knew would be what I was looking for and took time to explain the pros and cons of each vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of what they had on the lot, which made me trust him even more. Eventually I came across a well kept car that had all the things I was looking to get out of a new car. Brian stayed with us all the way to the end to make sure all questions were answered. Tech support sub, Jake Zeitler, went over all the technology on the Sonic and connected blue tooth for us and got us set up with On Star. Picked up on the fact that we play WOW and said we could run the game through the wi-fi on the car using laptops! (Very observant!). Jason Cappert was our finance guy and he was also very friendly and professional. Continually crunching numbers to get us the best set up for finance on the Sonic. Even offered up tips on handling credit reports (first time that has happened ever, LOL!) Carrie Rizzo was very informative on the after market products available to us on the Sonic. Went over every detail thoroughly and made sure we understood all products. Overall, the experience was a great one indeed! More
