He was very respectful of our time, got the car to see and wrote down what our expectations were. We discussed further questions via phone calls and texts before coming to an agreement. Horrible Buying Experience- Go anywhere else! I left here feeling like I got screwed every way I could. I bought a used car and they fought tooth and nail about coming down $500.00. I went by mys I left here feeling like I got screwed every way I could. I bought a used car and they fought tooth and nail about coming down $500.00. I went by myself because my husband was working- bad idea. I knew how much I was willing to spend each month for 60 months. I was dead set on 60 months and said it more times than I can count. The finance manager changed 60 months to 75 months after we had reached a deal. I was pretty intimidated. It's to bad because the salesman was a nice kid. I realized that I only got 1 chip key and no floor mats and when I called I was told: "You get the used cars how they come in. We even give them less if there is only 1 key." Well if you paid them less because there was only 1 key then surely you can afford to make me another one! All cars should be sold with floor mats and 2 keys. We waiting in the waiting room and Brian came out to us explaining that the vehicle was complete, along with a car wash. Brian also explained to us what we should expect for our next maintenance appointment. Brian is very friendly, knowledgeable and proficient at what he does and made the task of car maintenance a very pleasurable one. More

Busy Out of Towners We were so thrilled that we were able to find a good deal on the exact SUV we wanted - the only 'problem' is that the car was about an hour away from We were so thrilled that we were able to find a good deal on the exact SUV we wanted - the only 'problem' is that the car was about an hour away from our home at Ray Chevrolet. I work full time and we have busy boys that keep us pretty well occupied throughout most week nights and weekends. We were able to find a week night to get out there to test drive and hopefully purchase the car we wanted, called before we headed out their way and they had the car ready and waiting for us to test drive (and sent us a text to let us know that, too) when we got there. We were able to complete everything we needed, including a test drive and financing for our purchase in 3 hours, in spite of the fact that they were busy with several other purchases going on at the same time. I didn't have to miss a single minute of work and our CPO is in impeccable condition. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and accommodations from Al - even to our 4 year old we had in tow! More
